January 12 – Moon the Panda (All Ages – 100 minutes)
When twelve-year-old Tian is sent to stay with his grandmother after struggling in school, he finds himself far from the city, surrounded by the mysterious beauty of the Chinese mountains. There, he discovers an unexpected friend, a gentle panda he lovingly names Moon. What begins as a secret friendship transforms into an unforgettable journey that reshapes Tian’s understanding of family, courage, and belonging.
This heartwarming story celebrates the wonder of nature, the magic of unlikely friendships, and the transformative power of connection. Let’s step into 2026 embracing the spirit of new beginnings. Bring your family, friends, and neighbours, and let’s celebrate community, one meaningful moment at a time!
