Are you new to counselling? Create a short-term plan with a registered counsellor during a free one-on-one counselling session.

This single session/walk-in program provides an opportunity for you to work with a counsellor without a long wait time. The focus of your single session/walk-in will be on creating a short-term plan that will make a difference for you right away – using the strengths, resources, and supports you have right now.
