In-person: Tuesdays | June 2, 9, 16, 23 & Thursdays | June 4, 11, 18, 25 | 9:30 – 11:30 AM | Multi-Use Room

The Practice Firm Employment Program is a unique and supportive simulated work experience initiative designed to help newcomers build professional networks, develop hands-on skills, strengthen confidence using workplace language, and gain an understanding of Canadian workplace norms.

Participants will have the opportunity to update and enhance their skills in areas such as administration, data entry, accounting/bookkeeping, sales, and marketing. They will also develop a personalized employment action plan and receive individualized career coaching and guidance from a Facilitator/Coach throughout the program.

Eligibility: Convention Refugee or Permanent Resident status. Minimum English language proficiency equivalent to CLB 4.
