About This Event

Know your car basic!

Do you feel vulnerable when it comes to auto repairs? No one should ever feel at the mercy of a repair shop when trouble strikes. Knowing your car and knowing your rights can help prevent costly headaches. This fun, non‑intimidating, and easy‑to‑follow workshop is designed to help participants complete basic around‑the‑car and under‑the‑hood checks, handle emergency situations, avoid buying a lemon, and enjoy hassle‑free motoring. Come and learn about real‑world experience and practical tips on prolonging your vehicle’s life, preventing breakdowns, and avoiding repair rip‑offs.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is part of Family Fun Fest's programming at the west parking lot of Aaniin Library. This will be an outdoor workshop, no seats as participants will be standing around a demo-car.
