This workshop explores academic stress in youth and provides practical tools to manage stress in healthy and effective ways. Participants will learn how stress affects performance, emotions, and behaviour, and how common thinking patterns can increase pressure. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and emotional regulation strategies, the session offers simple coping skills, study habits, and communication tools to support youth through academic challenges, including exams and report cards.
