Meet Your Neighbours: Community Walk & Chat! 👋

Celebrate Welcoming Week with a fun and friendly community gathering designed to help you and your neighbours connect, explore, and feel at home in your community!

Meet in the lobby of Unionville Library for introductions and simple icebreaker games that will help everyone get to know one another. We'll also share some interesting facts about the Unionville Branch and our special Trail Collection 😱 for children, adults, and families looking to explore the outdoors this Fall.

Then, using conversation cards to spark casual discussion, we'll enjoy a short, guided walk along the beautiful trails surrounding the library. Whether you're attending on your own, with friends, or with family members of any age, from babies in strollers to grandparents - everyone is welcome!

Join us to make new connections, learn about your community, and celebrate belonging while enjoying a bit of exercise.

Newcomer-serving organizations will lead activities and be on-site to share helpful information and resources.
