About This Event

Chair Yoga is a 30 minute program that offers an opening meditation; breathing techniques, which allows participants to cultivate awareness and presence in their body and mind and gentle stretches for arms, legs, shoulder and back. This program is geared to older adults but all ages are welcome to participate.  



This program is facilitated through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link 24 hours before the program start time.
