The investigation started in early September 2026, following information about an individual trafficking controlled substances in the Newmarket area.
On September 12, 2026, a search warrant was executed at a Newmarket residence. During the search, investigators seized a high-powered, semi-automatic rifle, two loaded magazines, Canadian currency, and a quantity of a controlled substance believed to be cocaine. The seized substance has an approximate street value of $25,000. All three charged men are from Newmarket.
