 Experienced Nordic Pole Walkers who want to refresh and improve their skills
 Anyone who simply enjoys being active and meeting others in a friendly setting.

You’ll learn:

The difference between trekking poles and Nordic poles

The difference between simply “walking with poles” and proper Nordic Pole Walking

The basic Nordic Pole Walking technique and how to get the most from your poles.

No experience or fitness level is required! These are clinics, not walks, so everyone is welcome, regardless of age or fitness level.
You can:
• Borrow a set of poles
• Bring your own poles
• Ask about purchasing a set of Nordic poles
• Or simply come, watch, learn and ask questions

If you’d like to sit at any time, there are benches to use.

Rainy day? No problem! We can meet under a wooden shelter.
 And yes — there are bathrooms at the far end of the soccer field!
Most importantly, come meet others who enjoy Nordic Pole Walking. It’s always more fun when we have friends to share it with!
