A Gentle Walk in the Woods: Take a refreshing break from everyday life and enjoy an easy, one-hour walk through the beautiful forests of Cold Creek Conservation Area.

We'll stroll at a relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to pause, sit, notice the beauty around us, and awaken our senses. You don't need to be an experienced hiker—this is about slowing down, breathing deeply, listening to birdsong, enjoying the trees, and discovering how even a short time in nature can leave you feeling calmer, lighter, and restored.

Chairs are available for anyone who prefers to sit during parts of the experience. Come on your own or bring a friend, and rediscover the joy and peace that the forest has to offer.
