Mulock Park: Homecoming Celebration for Brendan Fernandes

The Town of Newmarket invites you to join us in celebrating the landmark art piece at Mulock Park, Calling Community, by Newmarket-raised and internationally acclaimed artist Brendan Fernandes.

This event will celebrate Brendan's art piece that will act as a beacon that invites guests into the new landmark destination, Mulock Park.

About Brendan Fernandes

Brendan Fernandes is a Newmarket-raised and internationally recognized Canadian artist working at the intersection of dance and visual arts. Currently based in Chicago, his practice addresses issues of race, queer culture, migration, protest, and other forms of collective movement.
