York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking witnesses regarding damage to four bus shelters in the City of Vaughan. Police were called to the area of Bathurst Street and Clark Avenue on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at approximately 6:30 a.m., following reports of damaged bus shelters.
Investigators believe that at approximately 12:30 a.m., a lone suspect riding a yellow electric scooter damaged four bus shelters along Clark Avenue, between Bathurst Street and Atkinson Avenue. There is no information to suggest this was a hate-motivated incident.
