About This Event

This reflective writing program, hosted by Mukin Mutaal, is designed to support individuals through life’s major transitions, such as loss of love ones, relationships break up, job changes, relocations, etc. Participants will explore the emotional and psychological phases of change through guided journaling, meaningful group dialogue, and creative expression.

These offerings, rooted in evidence-based practices, foster resilience, connection, and meaningful engagement. The program is adaptable to meet the needs, interests, and schedules of participants.

Each session offers gentle structure and practical tools to help make sense of change, cultivate inner resilience, and reconnect with a sense of personal direction and purpose. It draws insights and tools from Leia Francisco's transition model.

No writing experience is necessary—this program welcomes writers and non-writers alike. It’s ideal for anyone seeking clarity, healing, or simply a quiet space to reflect and connect within a thoughtful, welcoming group setting.

This program takes place on Sunday afternoons, October 18-December 13, with no meeting on November 15.
