Welcome to French Bulldog Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Markham. This is one hour of beginner-friendly yoga alongside a small crew of French Bulldog puppies who have absolutely no interest in your to-do list and every interest in climbing on you.
French Bulldogs are compact, expressive, and deeply convinced that your lap belongs to them. Expect snorts, side-eyes, and more personality than you'd think possible in a ten-pound package.
Here's how the hour breaks down:

35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
5 minutes of sharing circle
