Newcomer Reading Buddies!

Join MPL and CICS Immigrant Youth Centre for a Newcomer Reading Buddies program throughout the month of October! (Starting October 8th).

Join us in interactive reading activities that help build literacy, reading confidence, vocabulary, and communication skills. 

Learning Outcomes:

Through shared stores, games, and engaging discussions, you will strengthen your reading comprehension critical thinking, and social skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. 

*This program is for ages 6-14*

For safety and supervision, parents or guardians of participants under the age of 12 will be required to remain on the premises throughout the program.
