How to get drop-in times

Indoor pickleball is a pre-registered drop-in. Registration opens at 8 a.m. every Sunday for residents and at 10 a.m. for non-residents. Outdoor courts are first come, first served, with posted public access times at Quaker, Haskett and Joe Persechini parks.

  1. Open the Town's pickleball page for outdoor courts and public access times.
  2. For indoor play, open the Magna Gymnasium or Denne Public School drop-in schedule.
  3. Register for a spot after 8 a.m. on Sunday (residents) or 10 a.m. (non-residents).
  4. Check in 15 minutes before the start at Denne; pay or use a pass at the Magna Centre.

What it costs

  • Magna Gymnasium drop-in: $3.75 per visit, or $25.13 for 10 visits (2026 fees). Source
  • Denne Public School drop-ins accept only a pre-purchased pass, a RecPass or a Fitness Centre membership; no cash or debit. Source

Getting started

A paddle sport on a small court that is easy to learn and very social. Most community centres run drop-in play for every level.

  • Courts at Glen Cedar and Haskett parks have pickleball lines on the tennis courts and use the tennis nets.
