Richmond Hill Man Charged with Voyeurism and Criminal Harassment
A Richmond Hill man faces charges of voyeurism and criminal harassment following an incident at a shopping centre.
York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau has charged a man with voyeurism and criminal harassment in Richmond Hill. On Thursday, July 9, 2026, officers were notified that a male entered a store at a shopping centre near Yonge Street and Carville Road. Loss prevention personnel recognized the male due to previous allegations of filming customers without their knowledge.
Inside the store, the male was observed following two females while holding a cellular phone. He was then seen bending down behind one of the females and appeared to be filming underneath her skirt. Police arrived and took him into custody.
Nicholas Rossinski, 30, of Richmond Hill, has been charged. Investigators are releasing his photo.
