Coping with the Holidays (Ages 18+) Free, Registered

The end of the year is filled with holiday celebrations, which can be especially difficult to navigate when you are grieving. Please join Evergreen Hospice for their Coping with the Holidays session to learn strategies for navigating the holiday season while grieving.

Together, we will light a candle in memory of those we are missing and discuss techniques and tools to help us cope with the holidays while remembering a loved one.
