About This Event
Participants can prepare lunch and discuss death and loss in this facilitated group session at the VMC Library. Led by Cortellucci Hospice Vaughan, this program is designed for individuals seeking connection and resources regarding grief.
Prepare a meal while talking through the complexities of death and loss alongside others in a supportive environment.
- Facilitated by Grief and Family Support Therapists from Cortellucci Hospice Vaughan.
- Registration is required through Cortellucci Hospice Vaughan for everyone entering the kitchen, including adults accompanying children.
- Please mention any allergies when signing up, as the session is held in a nut-aware space.
- The sessions take place in the VSES Teaching Kitchen on the third floor.
