Getting School Ready | A Fitness Class + Community Talk

Kids will try a complimentary class while parents enjoy a gravity fitness class and an expert-led conversation on getting school-ready.

While your child is in a complimentary trial class, do something for you.

Join us for a special event alongside a parent fitness class and an expert speaker. Your child will experience our Kids Signature 4-block Program, meet our facilitators, and learn how to build confidence, self-advocacy, and social skills along the way, while parents enjoy a novel Gravity Fitness class, hear from an expert speaker, and connect with a community of parents.

What's Included:

Gravity Fitness Class (45 minutes)
A full-body strengthening class on the Total Gym machine. You're sitting or lying on the machine, so your body is fully supported — 22 levels of intensity mean you can work at your own pace. Fun, easy to follow, and great for every fitness level.

Community Talk. Theme: Getting School Ready (30 minutes)
Speaker: TBA
A curated conversation about preparing for transitions and change, navigating shifting social dynamics and relationships, building advocacy skills for parents and children, understanding IEPs, and more.

Kids Signature Program Trial Class
