Booking
Book online. You can make one reservation for each email address. CF recommends groups of 6 people or fewer, so that everyone fits in the photo. Each 15-minute time is shared by 3 families, so each family has about 5 minutes with Santa.
To get a full refund, cancel 24 hours or more before your time. You can also change your time up to 24 hours before, with the link in your confirmation email. Tickets cannot be moved to another person or another CF mall.
Pets
CF Markville does not offer pet photos with Santa this year. For a service or support dog, CF says to check with the team when you arrive; Santa is usually fine with it if someone holds the dog.
For pet nights in York Region, see Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill or Promenade in Thornhill.
